Are you a person who loves to work from the office? We invite you! Sometimes we work on the couch and walk around the office wearing slippers. Do you feel best working from home? We are fully flexible and you can work 100% remotely. In Arteia we believe that arranging your work place comfortably and feeling at ease are essential to productive work.

A typical recruitment process usually takes around 2 weeks. Once your CV is qualified, we will contact you to schedule a meeting to get to know each other better and talk about your experiences, expectations and work at Arteia. The second step is a technical interview, where we’d like to see how you think and solve problems. If it turns out that we fit well, we will present you with an offer and invite you to our team. It may happen that this time we do not meet our expectations. In this case, we will make sure you get individual feedback.
Yes, the Board and some of our colleagues are from various countries, so we use English on a daily basis to communicate.
In total, we count about 20 people. Half of us are programmers and the rest are testers, UI/UX designers, project managers, sales and HR manager.
